This privacy notice explains what personal data the Company processes through the website, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long, and sets out the rights and remedies available to data subjects.

When processing data, the Company acts in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

2. Contact form and email enquiries

If you use the website's contact form or contact us directly by email or phone, we process the following data: name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing: receiving and answering your enquiry, providing quotations, and keeping in touch regarding our services.

Legal basis: your voluntary consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], or, where the enquiry aims at concluding a contract, taking steps prior to entering into a contract [Article 6(1)(b) GDPR].

Retention period: until your enquiry has been answered or – if a business relationship arises – until the end of the general 5-year limitation period under the Hungarian Civil Code following the termination of the contractual relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time, in which case we delete your data unless we are required by law to retain it.

Providing data is voluntary, but the name, email address and message are required for contact; without them we cannot respond to your enquiry.

3. Server log data

When you browse the website, the server automatically records certain technical data: the visitor's IP address, the time of the visit, the page viewed, and the type of browser and operating system.

The purpose is to ensure the secure operation of the website, to prevent abuse and to troubleshoot errors. The legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR].

The Company retains these log data for no more than 30 days and then deletes them, unless the investigation of a specific abuse justifies longer retention.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies for its proper operation and – with your consent – to measure traffic and improve the user experience. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device.

Strictly necessary cookies: required for the basic operation of the website, for navigation and for remembering settings (e.g. the chosen language, the cookie consent). Their legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR]; they work without consent.

Statistical (analytics) and marketing cookies: these are placed only with your prior consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR]; Google Analytics is an example. You can give consent via the cookie banner on the website and withdraw it at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If strictly necessary cookies are disabled, some functions of the website may not work properly.

5. Google Analytics (traffic measurement)

With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics, operated by Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic and improve the website. The service uses cookies to collect pseudonymised data about visitor behaviour (e.g. pages viewed, duration of the visit, approximate geographic location).

The purpose is to produce anonymous statistics on the use of the website. The legal basis is your consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], which you can give and withdraw via the cookie banner.

More information on Google Analytics and its data processing is available in Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Measurement can also be disabled separately using a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. Google reCAPTCHA (abuse protection)

To protect the contact form against automated abuse (spam, bots), the website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited. reCAPTCHA analyses visitor behaviour to determine whether the form is being completed by a human or an automated program; in doing so it transmits data (e.g. IP address, mouse movements, browser data) to Google.

The purpose is to maintain the security of the website and the form and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR].

You can read about Google's data processing at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Social media and marketing

The website contains links to the Company's social media pages (e.g. Facebook). These are simple links; by clicking them, the data processing rules of the given provider apply.

If, in the future, the Company places marketing or remarketing tracking code (e.g. Meta Pixel) on the website, it will do so only on the basis of your prior consent given via the cookie banner [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], and will update this notice accordingly.

8. Data processors

In the course of processing, the Company uses the following data processors:

Hosting provider – hosting of the website and data: [name and contact details of the hosting provider].

Email/mail service provider – transmission and storage of messages sent via the contact form: [name and contact details of the mail provider].

Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – provision of the Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA services.

9. Data transfer to third countries

When using Google's services (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google ensures the lawfulness of the transfer by relying on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.

The Company does not carry out any other data transfers outside the EEA.

10. Data security

The Company applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data processed, protecting it against unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction or damage. The website is accessible over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and personal data is accessible only to authorised staff.

11. Your rights as a data subject

In connection with the processing, you have the following rights, which you may exercise using the Company's contact details above:

Right to restriction of processing: you may request the restriction of processing where the conditions set out in the GDPR are met.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Right to data portability: you may request the data processed by automated means on the basis of consent in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw consent-based processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

The Company will examine and respond to the request within one month of its submission at the latest.

12. Remedies

If you consider that the Company's data processing infringes your rights, we recommend that you first contact the Company directly using the details above.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, P.O. Box 9; phone: +36 1 391-1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; website: https://naih.hu.

The Company reserves the right to amend this privacy notice unilaterally, in particular in the event of a change in legislation or in the service. The notice in force at any given time is available on the website.
