The primary purpose of the website is to present the Company's activities, services and products, and to enable contact and requests for quotations. The website does not allow direct online ordering or payment.

The content, prices and descriptions on the website are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. A request for a quotation sent via the contact form does not in itself create a contract; a contract is formed only by the express, matching declarations of intent of the parties.

The content of the website may be viewed freely. The user undertakes to use the website as intended, in good faith, and with respect for the rights of others and of the Company.

It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, to circumvent its security systems, or to engage in any conduct aimed at the unauthorised acquisition or modification of the website or its data. On the contact form, the user shall provide only true data and refrain from sending unlawful, offensive or misleading content.

These terms of use and the use of the website are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
